RENOVATION PLUMBING, CALGARY

The plumbing behind Calgary's best renovations.

A high-end kitchen or bathroom is judged on details, and a surprising number of those details are plumbing. We work from your designer's drawings, keep to your builder's schedule, and leave behind work that holds up next to the tile and the cabinetry.

Renovated bathroom plumbing installed by a Calgary plumber

The fixture that sits a quarter inch off. The shower valve buried in the wrong wall. The drain that does not line up with a tile layout that took three rounds to approve. These are the things that turn a beautiful renovation into a frustrating one, and almost all of them trace back to plumbing decisions made weeks earlier.

We work directly from the designer's drawings and the builder's schedule rather than around them. Rough-in goes where the drawing says, not where it is convenient, so the finish fixtures land where they were designed to. Fewer change orders, fewer surprises once the walls are open, and a plumbing install that is worth the money the rest of the room cost.

If a general contractor is running your renovation, there is a reasonable chance we are already the plumber they would bring in.

Why designers and builders choose us

We build from the drawings.

Rough-in locations come off your actual plans, so the finish fixtures land exactly where the design intended.

We work to the schedule.

Tile, cabinets and electrical each need the plumbing at a particular moment. We plan around the whole build, not just our own piece of it.

Common questions

Straight answers.

How much does plumbing cost on a high-end renovation?

It depends almost entirely on whether fixtures move. A refresh that keeps everything in place costs considerably less than a layout change with relocated drains and a custom shower system. Because fixture selection swings the number so much, we quote from your actual drawings instead of giving a flat estimate.

Do you work from a designer's or architect's plans?

Yes, and it is the core of how we run renovation work. We build to the drawings and coordinate timing with your general contractor.

Can you install custom shower systems, freestanding tubs and floor-mounted fillers?

Yes. These need more precise rough-in than standard fixtures because the finish plumbing has to land exactly where the manufacturer specifies, and we plan for that at rough-in stage.

Do you work with our contractor, or only directly with homeowners?

Both. On many projects we are part of the contractor's build team. On others we work directly with the homeowner alongside their designer.

Does a bathroom renovation need a permit?

Moving supply or drain lines requires a permit. Swapping fixtures in the same location usually does not. We confirm which applies to your project and handle the application if it is needed.
