Yes. We manage plumbing and gas permit applications and coordinate inspection scheduling on every project.
How reliable is your scheduling really?
We do not take on more than the crew can carry, which is the only actual answer to this question. If something shifts on our end you hear it from us before it affects your build.
Can you handle full custom homes or only smaller work?
Both. Ground-up custom homes, laneway suites, spec builds and full renovations, all with the same crew.
Do you carry your own insurance and WCB?
Yes, fully insured and WCB registered, with documentation available whenever you need it for your file.
