Why one trade
Most homes need three trades. This one covers all three.
In Alberta, Red Seal plumbing certification carries Gasfitter Class B with it. That single ticket covers your water lines, your gas lines, and your gas-fired heating, which in a typical house is most of the mechanical system.
Practically, it means one company quoting the work, one crew in the house, one number to call in February when the furnace quits, and nobody standing in your basement blaming another trade for the thing that is not working. On a repipe it goes further, because we handle the drywall and the paint as well.
Where it stops, and we would rather say so here than waste your time later: central air conditioning needs a refrigeration ticket, and ductwork is its own trade. We refer both out to people we trust.

Do you charge for a quote?
No. Quotes are free on larger projects and the price is confirmed in writing before work starts. For small repairs we can often give you a number over the phone.
Do you handle emergencies?
Yes. Burst pipes, active leaks and no-heat calls are moved ahead of scheduled work. Call or text 403-389-9775.
What areas do you cover?
Calgary, Airdrie, Chestermere, Okotoks and Cochrane.
Can one company really do plumbing, gas and heating?
Yes, and it is a licensing fact rather than a marketing claim. A Red Seal plumber in Alberta also holds Gasfitter Class B, which covers gas lines and gas-fired appliances including furnaces, boilers and water heaters.
What if I do not know which service I need?
Describe the symptom and we will tell you, including when the honest answer is that you do not need us or that it is a different trade entirely.
Do you work with contractors as well as homeowners?
Yes. Roughly half our work comes through general contractors and builders. See Who We Help for how those relationships run.
